Safe & fun environment for kids to learn about boxing and overall fitness. We provide educational guidance in a friendly, social environment. Coach James teaches them about perseverance, making good choices and to Never Give Up. We offer regular kids classes and special camps during school break times.
Train like a fighter without the fight. We’ll put you through the training exercises that boxers use to prepare for a fight. These are no contact boxing classes where you’ll hit heavy bags and do high intensity interval training (HIIT) as well. Join us for a fun, invigorating way to get fit, lose weight and combat stress.
